We want you to adore your Mi Cartera piece. If it’s not the perfect match, you can exchange your item within 2 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Refund

At Mi Cartera, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our curated pieces from the Golf Area. Because each bag is carefully inspected prior to dispatch, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns.

All sales are final, with refunds granted exclusively under the following condition:

Damaged or Defective Items If your bag arrives damaged, defective, or with hardware flaws, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

• Reporting Window: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof Required: Please email or message us clear photos or videos showing the damage alongside your order confirmation number. 

How to initiate a claim:

• Contact us via Instagram DM or email with your order number, a brief explanation, and supporting photos/videos.

• Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item or scheduling a pickup.

• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 1-2 business days.
